Amicable staff, fantastic location, everything was superb. The classic triple room was brand-new, it included coffee/tea makers, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dining area. I slept in the very clean bed.

Perfect for Families seeking Comfort
I have to say, this place was great! The kids loved the spaciousness of the room, especially with the separate door between the bedrooms, gave us some peace and quiet. Plus, we were chuffed when the Netflix was already set up! Even on a rainy day, we could just binge-watch without any hassle!
It wasn't exactly a bargain but certainly acceptable for what we got.

We experienced a nightmare with filthy conditions and unsafe surroundings. Our family suite was in disrepair, lacking basic necessities and hygiene. The broken shower, lack of toiletries, and unsettling incidents in the hallway were great, but for all the wrong reasons! Steer clear!

The family suite offered a comfortable bed and entertaining options like Netflix on the TV. Accessibility was a plus with easy-to-use key safe codes. Cleanliness was questionable, as I wouldn't categorize it as pristine. While the location was ideal for exploring, some basic amenities felt lacking.

great features but lacking in cleanliness
The family suite was spacious enough for our needs. The free wifi and Netflix access on the TV were great bonuses for keeping the kids entertained!
The cleanliness of the suite left much to be desired.

The room offered an excellent view of the surrounding area, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The comfy bed provided a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
Despite the appealing aspects, the room overall felt cramped, lacking sufficient space to move around comfortably. The radiator required a phone call to activate, which isn't ideal when you're trying to settle in. It would have been nice to have some basic amenities like a toilet brush for cleanliness. A few inconveniences like minor maintenance issues.

I stayed in a family suite for three nights and appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the beds. The room cleanliness was below standard, with noticeable dust and some maintenance issues that need attention. It was like the hotel has potential, but better upkeep and customer service would enhance the experience significantly.

I had an amazing time with a super comfy bed and a spacious room just like in the pictures! Netflix was a sweet bonus, and the self check-in was a breeze! The only downside was a lack of cups in the room. Would definitely go back!

Just a reliable pick for a city break in Blackpool with excellent value for money. The room was spacious and clean enough for our family. Make sure to check the shower pressure before getting settled in.

Let me tell you about the smoked salmon bagels at The Blues Bar & Brasserie-absolute game-changer! Plus, the comfy beds and great location just. What a gem! The staff were super friendly.
Now, the downside? We had some noisy neighbors who turned the first night into a long, sleepless battle. But thankfully, the next night was much better, and it didn't overshadow the good vibes.

A great location near shopping and attractions, with super comfy beds and clean rooms. Staff were friendly and responsive, though a couple of minor issues, like a lack of cups and some loose fixtures, could be improved. A pleasant stay worth returning to.
